Two of Camden’s beloved performers, ESME WHITE and ANN LIU CANNON, join forces to celebrate their wedding vows - oh, I mean - put on a very last minute tour. Expect 70s-folk-revival-meets-digital-synthesis-meets-punk, taking you from New York City, to Stonehenge, to Camden, on the final homecoming stop of their May 2025 Shotgun (because they organised it all at the last minute) Wedding (because they’re in love) tour.

Esme White is a New York-born, London-based singer-songwriter whose songs draw on poetry, myth, and everyday life. Her music jumbles country, folk, punk, hades, ravenous beasts, and bloody noses. Her debut EP, Dead End Daydreams, released in 2024 on Spiritual Records, has already earned her spots on some of London’s most iconic stages, including the 100 Club, St. Pancras Old Church, and The Green Note, and she’s opened for Jesus at his funeral and Mother Mary on her wedding day.

Ann Liu Cannon pairs her powerhouse vocals with moving songwriting, exploring stories of self-discovery, resilience, angry stone circles, and the drunken sinking foxes of Camden Town. Raised in Wiltshire and based in London, her sound blends 70s folk revival with modern synthesis and orchestral flair. She was discovered in Camden by Brit Award-winning producer Ethan Johns (Paul McCartney, Kings of Leon, Laura Marling) leading to her signing publishing with BMG. Her music has already gained BBC Radio play and a spot on Spotify’s Editorial ‘Notable’ playlist. She’s opened for artists like Beans on Toast, Lewis Ofman, and Ny Oh (Harry Styles) and performed at prestigious festivals such as Black Deer and The Great Escape. Her debut album, ‘Clever Rabbits’, produced by Johns, is set to be released in July 2025.

Join us for The Big Day, the last stop on their Shotgun Wedding tour.
