'Setting Sons' 45th Anniversary Tour

From the Jam were formed in 2006 when Russell Hastings and Rick Buckler (ex-The Jam drummer), who were touring as The Gift, joined forces with Bruce Foxton (ex-The Jam bassist and songwriter), to form From The Jam. Russell Hastings has been the only frontman to work with both Rick Buckler and Bruce Foxton since Paul Weller.

From the Jam will tour the UK celebrating the 45th Anniversary of The Jam’s fourth studio album Setting Sons. The critically acclaimed album reached #4 in the UK and was the band’s first album to enter the US charts. Succeeding All Mod Cons, the album became a commercial success, earning them their first top ten hit single The Eton Rifles. It seems that even the obscure album tracks like Little Boy Soldiers and Thick As Thieves are as popular when we play them live as the hit singles.” says Russell Hastings.

Please note, this event is 14+ (under 16s must be accompanied by someone who's 18 or over).

From The Jam is comprised of legendary former ‘The Jam’ bassist Bruce Foxton, vocalist & guitarist Russell Hastings, drummer Mike Randon, and Andy Fairclough on Hammond and piano.

This Autumn, From the Jam will be celebrating the 40th Anniversary of The Jam’s 3rd studio album, 'All Mod Cons', playing it in it’s entirety. As well as classics such as ‘Down In The Tube Station At Midnight’ and ‘A Bomb In Wardour Street’ the band are also excited about playing ‘Billy Hunt’, ‘Mr Clean’ and more.

In 2007 Russell Hastings was fronting ‘The Gift’ (which featured Rick Buckler) when he was joined on stage by Bruce Foxton (who was touring with Casbah Club) for a ‘one off’ performance. This performance sparked the genesis of From The Jam, and an enduring partnership between Foxton & Hastings.

Off-stage Bruce Foxton and Russell Hastings wrote the album, ‘Back In The Room’ released in 2012, which received critical acclaim and solidified Foxton & Hastings as an excellent and contemporary song writing duo. They then returned to the studio in 2016 to record and release ‘Smash The Clock’, which reached number 31 in the UK charts.

At the end of 2017, Bruce Foxton & Russell Hastings released the 'From the Jam Live!' album which celebrated the 10th anniversary of From the Jam's inception.

London Calling - A tribute to the only band that mattered. Consisting of 4 guys from Bristol, London Calling put on a performance with energy and enthusiasm recreating the sound and intensity of The Clash. All the guys genuinely love the band and put their all into each show. London Calling over some 10 years have gigged all across the UK, Europe and the USA. After reforming in 2014 are now playing shows across the UK to sellout audiences.
