GRACE ELIZABETH HARVEY:
‘Hers is a name to watch’- Folking
Grace’s music hangs somewhere between the melancholy, the holy and the innocent. Musing on faith in a faithless world, her debut EP showcases the Merseyside based songstress in her whimsigothic world of intricate guitar and sweet, conversational vocals. Grace’s cello playing on the record, alongside restrained piano and harmonium, frame the tracks, crystalline in their tenderness, sincerity and philosophical curiosity. Being awarded the bursary to the Humankind songwriting retreat, led by Katie Spencer and Iona Lane, selected out of 130 applicants, shows the endorsement Grace has from her peers. Having previously received radio play from BBC Introducing Merseyside and Shell Zenner from Amazing Radio for her debut single, Familiar, this release promises to impress. Recorded with Gus White at The Barn in Wiltshire, Grace is touring this release nationally after its release in April 2025, including shows in Liverpool, Manchester, Durham, Leeds and London, accompanied by a run of 10 inch vinyl.
