Accessible Customers
Please be aware that Free Essential Companion tickets are only available to disabled fans that require them. All companion tickets are subject to availability and may be excluded for certain performances. We have put measures in place to ensure that this scheme is not abused and will require evidence to support attendees request.
Below is a list of documents we might take into consideration when considering to allocate a complimentary ticket.
- PIP (Personal Independence Payment)
- DLA
- Letter from a medical professional (A Doctors note or a letter from an occupation therapist)
- Carers Allowance
- A Nimbus Access Card
- Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate)
- A personal letter from the GP, community nurse or social worker
- Benefit award letters
- Copy of a blue badge (we would need to see both sides)

admin@electricballroom.co.uk or by calling the office line 020-74859007 and specify your access requirement, i.e. if you require a wheelchair space, special seating, etc. and submit proof of eligibility.
There are four wheelchair spaces available at Electric Ballroom and all wheelchair users are required to buy a wheelchair access ticket, which comes with one free carer ticket. Please contact the venue via email –
admin@electricballroom.co.uk latest 72h prior to the event to submit proof of eligibility. The front door staff will assist wheelchair users to a raised platform which is near the stage and adjacent to a fire escape. They will also direct people to a disabled toilet and a low counter bar area where there is a small ramp, so that they can be easily served.
