Jazzient are a Totnes duo generating jazz influenced rock/pop/ambience using the latest looping tech to bring a mosaic of sounds into original, instantly accessible compositions of their own making using saxes, guitars, percussion, electronics and found sounds.  
Taking a wide set of influences ranging from Lou Reed to Val Doonican and from Penguin Cafe through to King Crimson, they create a sound that is as hard to define as it is enjoyable. 
Their recent appearances in St Marys Church literally had 'em dancing in the aisles!

The evening will be hosted by the effervescent Julie Mullen locally famed for her Word Cafe, Spork appearances and The Totnes Brewing Companys own Poets & Pints.
