Jazzient are a Totnes duo generating jazz influenced rock/pop/ambience using the latest looping tech to bring a mosaic of sounds into original, instantly accessible compositions of their own making using saxes, guitars, percussion, electronics and found sounds.
Taking a wide set of influences ranging from Lou Reed to Val Doonican and from Penguin Cafe through to King Crimson, they create a sound that is as hard to define as it is enjoyable.
Their recent appearances in St Marys Church literally had 'em dancing in the aisles!
