“Deep roots feeling, instrumental prowess and a voice that carries the heart and soul of the blues.”

Grammy-nominated musician and songwriter Jontavious Willis was catapulted into the spotlight in 2015 when blues legend Taj Mahal brought him on stage and dubbed him his “Wonderboy.”

Since then, Willis has been breathing new life into the blues with soulful vocals, masterful musicianship, and a voice that channels the genre’s raw power and emotion.

Hailing from rural Georgia, his sound is steeped in Southern tradition — reinvigorating today’s blues with the raw spirit and authenticity of its golden age.
