The iconic UK soul-singer and musician Kenny Thomas announces his much-anticipated ‘Behind The Groove’ club night, which for the very first time in his remarkable career, sees him curate his very own unique club-show, bringing together the best soulful DJ’s. Kenny will be headlining the evening with his A-list band, performing all his greatest hits and fan favourites.

Kenny Thomas remains one of the most important and successful UK soul icons of his generation, with his debut album ‘Voices’ selling 600,000 copies in the first two weeks alone (double platinum) in 1991, achieving a total of 8 Top 40 singles and 2 Top 10 records whilst picking up 2 x BRIT-Award Nominations for ‘Best Male Vocalist’ and ‘Best Newcomer’.

An avid collector of all sorts of Dance music, Kev’s passion is Soul, Funk & Jazz music and has seen him provide DJ support for Loose Ends, Incognito and the Fatback Band and this year you can find him DJing at BoutiqueSoul in Rhodes and the Margate Soul Weekender 2025 as well as being part of the Jazzin’ & Rumpshaker collectives promoting gigs in the Southampton area.
