A special Independent Venue Week gig in conjuction with BBC Introducing North East.
Mouses are guitarist and vocalist Steven Bardgett (he/they) and drummer Nathan Duff (he/him), a lo-fi garage queer-punk duo from the North East of England renowned for their raw, energetic and often chaotic live performances and their passion in tackling societal orthodoxies and injustices head on. After cementing themselves as a huge part of the thriving DIY scene in the past 10 years - including creating their own festival showcasing marginalised talent (Mousetival) and becoming a massive part of launching the Rebel Rouser stage at Greenbelt Festival following the same focus on ethics, they released their long awaited second album, ‘bwywtb’, in 2024.
Gaydar are a queer radge punk trio bound by chaos! Serving pure queer rage, danceable beats, and punchy riffs. Fused with powerful personal and political messages to empower our fellow gays!
