London-based band Yuuf brings together a diverse ensemble of musicians hailing from 4 different countries.
Brought together by a shared passion for exploring global sounds, these artists fuse their cultural influences to create global psychedelia instrumental music. They blend elements of Motown, West African rhythms and ambient textures as well as many other genres to create their own sound.
The band consists of Anthony Boatright (English) on bass, Hugo Cottu (French) on guitar, Andrin Haag (Swiss) on handpan and percussion, and Oliver Overgaard (Danish) on drums.
In the short span of one year, Yuuf released their debut EP “In The Sun” which flew into the airwaves of BBC 6, KEXP, KRCW and other radios from the US, Spain, Switzerland and Denmark.
