Zara Hudson Kozdoj is a Polish- Jamaican cellist and composer from London. She recorded her debut album at Max Richter’s studios as part of a residency in summer 2024. Zara is passionate about bridging the gap between classical and pop music, and it’s very important to her to bring orchestral instruments into non- classical spaces. Her album encompasses a broad range of genres and musical styles/ techniques. She also enjoys playing as a member of several bands (Celeste, Max Richter Ensemble, London Contemporary Orchestra, Chineke!)
Daniel McBride, known by the stage name Barbs, is a versatile drag performer and pianist who has captivated audiences around the globe. A graduate of the Royal College of Music, Daniel’s background in composition informs his unique blend of classical and contemporary influences. Blending theatricality with electro-acoustic soundscapes, he captivates audiences through innovative performances. Recently, Daniel has performed solo shows at the Royal Albert Hall Elgar rooms, HERE @ Outranet, Classical Pride and more. Daniel has begun releasing original works that reflect his unique artistic vision, continuing to push the boundaries of performance art.
