Accessible Information
The Beach Ballroom has partial wheelchair access. Access to the Main Ballroom is reached through an intercom system in the lower car park. Access to the balcony of the Ballroom is through the doors on the main promenade. These doors are open half an hour prior to the event starting.

- There is not a level or ramped access from the beach front but level access is available from the lower car park to the main Ballroom. Not all internal areas are accessible within but there is ramped access to the Northern Lights room, Reception room and Boardroom from the beachfront.
- Disabled access toilets on each floor
- Induction loop in the main Ballroom only
- Signage appropriate for people with a visual impairment
- Emergency strategy in place for assisting disabled people.
