Trafford Arena 1 & 2 - Flat level access, with ramps where appropriate. These areas are wheelchair accessible. We have accessible toilets available on the ground floor of the venue.
Cantina Bar - Approximately 40 steps on a narrow staircase. There is no lift up to this floor
Other Bars - Although our box office, cloakrooms and bars do not have dropped counters for service to wheelchair users, our staff will come out to assist you if required.
Assistance Animals - These are welcome at our events. You must keep your assistant animal with you as our staff are unable to look after them whilst you enjoy a performance or exhibition. Events can be very noisy and busy, so should you be unsure how your animal will cope or react, please speak to venue staff prior to, or on the night of the event, who will be able to assist.
Parking - There is a number of on street parking spaces surrounding the venue, as well as a secure venue car park surrounding the venue. Parking prices vary according to events and are often free. Please contact the venue for clarification on parking arrangements and prices before attending.
We operate Disabled parking bays and recognise the standard Blue Badge system. Space is limited so please arrive as early as possible to secure your space. Any questions you may have, or anything we can assist with, please do not hesitate to ask our staff.
