Information for Disabled Visitors
Visitors requiring wheelchair and accessible seating should call us on 02476 786 411. Alternately we can also be contacted by emailing accessibility@wasps.co.uk
Companion Tickets
The Arena's complimentary companion ticket policy accepts any of the following types of documentation;
- Proof of entitlement of enhanced rate of Personal Independence Payment – mobility or care component (PIP)
- Proof of entitlement of Severe Disablement Allowance
- A copy of registrations documents that certify registered blind or registered partially sighted
- War pension certificate
- We do not accept Blue/Orange badges as proof of disability
- Due to current legislation, some proof of disability documentation is dated so it may be necessary for you to submit new documentation on request
- A companion ticket is not eligible to gain entry to any of our events unless in attendance with a visitor who has purchased an accessible ticket
The Arena has up to 86 wheelchair-designated positions throughout the stadium bowl, located in the West, East, North, and South stands.

Step-free access is available within the stadium bowl via concourse entrances
Accessible seating is provided in these areas as close to stadium entry points as possible with a limited number of steps to negotiate wherever possible
Entrance into the Indoor Arena, Coventry is directly through the main atrium of the venue, providing easy access with minimal queuing
Guide dogs are permitted within the stadium bowl, however, if attending with a guide dog we would also recommend contacting us directly in advance of your visit to discuss your best point of access and the welfare of your guide dog before, during, and after the event
Ticket Prices for Disabled Visitors
Disabled attendees using a wheelchair bay will be charged the standard ticket price for their age category.
Facilities for Visitors with Temporary Mobility Restrictions
We will always do our best to accommodate those with temporary mobility restrictions
We always advise any visitors who have broken legs, recently had operations etc. to contact us in advance of their visit to see what options are available to ensure you can still attend your event.
