We currently have access for non-ambulatory persons to Downstairs at The Dome as it is a ground floor premises. The site does not currently have a disabled welfare facility, which is something that is currently being assessed for the future.
We offer a free ticket for a personal assistant of registered disabled customers that we can safely admit to the premises. In order to access this offer, we will ask for a copy of the following: CEA Card, Access Card, Hynt Card, Blue Badge, Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance or Personal Independence Payment.
To register for a free personal assistant ticket, please purchase your concert ticket as normal and contact us, leaving your telephone number where possible.
Please note that personal assistant tickets are given away on a first come, first serve basis from within a limited allocation. Once we have been contacted, we will aim to come back to you within 72 hours with further instructions of what to do next, and our staff will be notified of your arrival as agreed.
