You are entitled to a complimentary ticket for your PA. Once you have purchased your ticket, please e-mail info@fabriclondon.com with your booking reference and the following documentation: A letter from the Department of Works and Pensions confirming your entitlement to the higher or middle rate mobility/care component of Disability Living Allowance, or your letter confirming your PIP (no specific level). A letter from your GP confirming the nature of your disability BD8 Certificate (Visually Impaired customers only) PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ADVANCE TICKETS FOR HIGH DEMAND EVENTS. You will need to bring your ticket with you on the night. If you want to buy a ticket on the door (student, fabricfirst, general admission, or late entry), then you can send in your documentation in advance of the show that you want to see and we can arrange for the tickets to be available for you, subject to the venue capacity at the time that you arrive at the front of the queue. Once we have received your documentation, you can request for us to hold them on file so that you do not have to keep sending it in if you want to visit us regularly, subject to document expiration.
